Rent Summary

The rent for 405 is a mess, but a reduced amount
($500/mo) is coming in late payments.
As of May 15, there are no tenants. The place has
to be major cleaned, and the carpet at least in
the master bedroom, has to be replaced. This whole
situation is the reason why we started this
website and got articles in the paper, and asked
for donations. Still, this situation has to be
solved, and new tenants gotten.
